a. RESOLUTION NO. 2018 -03 – Authorizing the transmittal of the amendments to the Comprehensive Plan.
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA RELATING TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; MAKING FINDINGS; AUTHORIZING THE TRANSMITTAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BASED UPON THE TOWN’S 2017 LETTER TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY PURSUANT TO THE STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE FUTURE LAND USE, CONSERVATION, TRANSPORTATION, COASTAL MANAGEMENT AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENTS, AND THE HORIZON DATE ON THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP AND THE FUTURE TRANSPORTATION MAP; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Pursuant to Section 286. 0105, FS, the Town hereby advises the public that: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purposes, affected persons may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the Town for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
